Tokyo Tech aims to cultivate science and engineering students to acquire a strong scholastic ability, the capacity to integrate diverse perspectives and approaches with real-world applications, and the creative competence to become future pioneers of scientific technology.

Academic research driven by intellectual curiosity has given birth to new technologies and industries which have made the impossible possible and built our modern society. More keenly today, the University places in academic research and education our aspirations for resolving myriad global problems. Tokyo Tech responds to these pressing concerns by promoting the most advanced research with the highest ethical standards across the spectrum of scientific and technological fields. By providing this kind of stimulating environment, Tokyo Tech aims to inspire and develop the creativity of each student and enrich the international society.

Keeping in mind our purpose of producing richly innovative people, we have set the following education goals for our Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral, and Professional Degree Programs.

Undergraduate Schools	Bachelor’s Degree Program	Professional Skill Set This course equips students with a knowledge base of the most up-to-date science and engineering theories and techniques and a broad general education in humanities and social science. Graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree Program are able to learn and think independently, and carry out a variety of challenging tasks.
