Global Hydrogen Energy Unit (GHEU) promotes comprehensive and technological study on hydrogen utilization system in the future.
GHEU will hold an annual public symposium on 21 November 2019 to share current situation and future prospects of domestic and foreign hydrogen utilization technologies.
This year we will invite Dr. Hiroshi Komiyama, Chairman of Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc., as a plenary speaker to share the vision toward a decarbonized society and prospects for hydrogen energy introduction.
Also, METI will present latest Japan's hydrogen energy strategy.
On the panel discussion, with the theme of "Toward an Expanded Introduction of Hydrogen Energy –Post-Olympics and Paralympics–," we will exchange opinions based on suggestions from panelists and participants.
Furthermore, Tokyo Institute Technology will launch a new research/educational consortium for buildup a new energy society.
In this symposium we will introduce the outline of the consortium and related researches.
