New students of bachelor's, master's, and professional master's degree programs are requested to arrive by 10:50 a.m., and new students of doctoral degree programs are requested to arrive by 1:50 p.m.

Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start of the ceremony.

Faculty members and family will not be allowed to attend the ceremony. Also, family will not be allowed to enter the campus. (There will be no waiting room, etc. for family.)
In order to prevent novel coronavirus infection, please refrain from holding events and any kind of gathering related to the ceremony on or off campus. Also, make sure to take measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 when taking photos on campus.
