However, those traditional virtues were affected greatly by the new values associated with the cultural revolution that took place in the 20th century. 			<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Tokyo Tech Festival and Open House at Ookayama</strong><br /><br /><br />The annual Tokyo Tech festival will take place on Saturday, 24 and Sunday, 25 October, 2009, on the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.titech.ac.jp/english/about/campus/index.html">Ookayama campus</a>. The festival, planned and organized by students, is open to the public. It offers various programs including talks, live music, indoor/outdoor exhibitions and performances, and even academic lectures and laboratory demonstrations. Food and refreshments are available at vendors.<br /><br />&nbsp;This year's theme is &quot;(BE) COLORFUL,&quot; representing the concept of rich characters on the campus and its diversity.<br /><br />Come and enjoy taking part in activities and walking around the campus on an autumn day.<br /><br />During the festival, the university also organizes an informational open house. Grubbs from the California Institute of Technology.
