The number of female students at Tokyo Tech has increased fourfold in the last 30 years, and providing these STEM women a safer, more convenient environment is one of the Institute's continuous goals.

Located just a stone's throw from the lush and scenic Senzoku-ike Park, the dorm is in a prime location. Ookayama Campus is 15 minutes east on foot (5 minutes by bike), and the park en route provides an ideal place for a breather between study or research.

Each unit in the building consists of three private bedrooms and a common space. All bedrooms have wooded flooring, plenty of storage space, and drying racks. Common spaces are equipped with washbasins, spacious shoe shelves, and full-length mirrors. A large kitchen, dining room, and shower rooms are located outside the units in other sections of the building.

Inhabitants include both Japanese and international students, ensuring a diverse melting pot of cultures and personalities.
