Library Aide

The Institute Library is recruiting students to help with tidying and arranging documents, PR, exhibitions and other projects, library visits and other jobs.

Working at the Institute Library enables students to experience first-hand the work that is performed behind the scenes at the library. The job is recommended for people who have an interest in the library itself and the work that goes on in the library, and for people who wish to help make the library a better place. Come and experience the appeal of the Institute Library for yourself, and then tell everybody about it.

PR supporters

Public Relations Division recruits students who wish to take an active part in university public relations. There are 2 types of work.

Campus guide

The work involved as a Campus Guide includes establishing visiting routes in accordance with the requirements of visitors (mostly high school students), and answering questions on studying for exams and campus life.
Come and introduce the attractiveness of Tokyo Tech using your own ideas and methods.

Public relations magazine production

This position involves the creation of "student project" content for the Institute's magazine for prospective students, TechTech (Japanese).

Peer Life Coaches

The Student Support Center recruits Peer Life Coaches- students enthusiastic to offer peer support as fellow students in various areas.
With the aim of empowering Tokyo Tech students to proactively pursue their academic journey, the coaches undertake a wide range of diversified tasks collaborating with faculty members, Student Life Coaches, and alumni. Tasks comprise facilitating orientation sessions for newly enrolled undergraduate students, providing useful information through their Slack channel and events, tutoring basic science and technology courses, and executing numerous cross-cultural exchange programs.
Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for application. Students keen on supporting fellow students are more than welcome!
