The TAIST-Tokyo Tech Graduation Ceremony was held on September 1, 2014 at the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA)outer, located within the Thailand Science Park in Pathum Thani province, Thailand. This year, 30 students received master's degrees.

TAIST-Tokyo Tech is an international joint graduate program (master's degree level) established in 2007 through collaboration between NSTDA, four leading universities in Thailand (KMITLouter, KMUTTouter, KUouter, SIIT/TUouter) and Tokyo Tech.

With its focus on Thailand, the program aims to develop highly skilled sci-tech human resources and a research and development hub in Asia, and has been training talented individuals to play active roles in academia and industry. With the 30 new additions, the total number of TAIST graduates now stands at 128.

During the ceremony, Dr. Thaweesak, Director of NSTDA and Dr. Toshio Maruyama, Executive Vice President of Tokyo Tech, each delivered a congratulatory speech. They were joined by Mr. Hisao Taki, Executive Director of the Tokyo Tech Alumni Association, who also gave a speech.

Each student received a certificate of completion from Dr. Maruyama and a graduation gift from Dr. Thaweesak, and posed for photographs. They will utilize the experience and knowledge acquired from the TAIST-Tokyo Tech program in their chosen paths, whether it be pursuing a doctoral degree for further research or working in private or government organizations.
