Having established university-wide cooperation agreements with Sweden's Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Chalmers University of Technology, and Linköping University, and department-wide cooperation agreements with two other Swedish universities, Tokyo Tech is actively involved in student and research exchanges with Swedish partners. In addition, Tokyo Tech will host a joint symposium in collaboration with Uppsala University in November. The event follows the September 2014 Tokyo Tech-Uppsala Joint Symposium held in Sweden. Through these varied activities, Tokyo Tech looks forward to strengthening its ties with Sweden's leading universities.
