Welcoming Ceremony for 2020 and 2021 Admissions

Venue

Multiple sessions will be held, and individual participants will be informed separately of the starting time for their session.

2.

The on-campus ceremony will be attended by the president, executive vice presidents, deans and directors, and all students who wish to attend.

3.

Faculty and staff members, students' family members, etc. are not eligible to participate and are kindly requested to refrain from entering the premises as space has not been allocated for them.

4.

The ceremony will not be streamed on YouTube Live.

5.

In order to prevent novel coronavirus infection, please refrain from holding events or any kind of gatherings, and observe precautions when taking commemorative photographs on campus.
