Writing Workshop for Tokyo Tech Students

Hello, we are the Writing Center. To encourage the use of our services, we have created an opportunity for you to get to know us better.
The Writing Center is an educational institution where students can seek advice on writing assignments. Tutors, trained in academic writing, engage with writers to help them improve their writing skills. However, it might be challenging to envision the specific interactions and types of content discussed. To address this, we have organized a workshop that will allow you to experience firsthand the interactions at the Writing Center.
The workshop consists of two parts. In the first part, our tutors will provide a demonstration, showcasing an actual session. The second part involves participants writing on the spot and reviewing each others work, fostering an experience of sharing their writing. Through these activities, we aim to provide you with a taste of what the Writing Center has to offer.
Feel free to join or leave during the session.
