AEARU STEM Summer Camp 2018:Call for Participants <Deadline:2018/05/11>

Peking University (PKU), China will host AEARU* STEM Summer Camp 2018. Conducted as part of PKU’s Summer School International, the camp invites students from AEARU member universities to enroll in the summer course of their choice focused on “the frontier knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering.”

The tuition fee will be WAIVED for Tokyo Tech’s 4 nominees. Travel, accommodation, meals, insurance and other expenses are the responsibility of participants. (Accommodation fees of 150 RMB/day will be waived by PKU for up to 2 Tokyo Tech-nominated students who attend during the July 15 to 28 period.) A stipend to cover some expenses may be provided by Tokyo Tech. In the case of international students, only privately-funded students are eligible to receive the stipend.

Established in 1996, the Association of East Asian Research Universities (AEARU) is a consortium that promotes exchange and cooperation activities between member universities. A total of 18 leading universities in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan comprise AEARU.
