[Call for Students] ToTAL OPEN Program "Book Dialogue for Leadership"

This is an announcement of the subject ToTAL/OPEN program "Book Dialogue for Leadership" that is a part of "Fundamental Group Work for Leadership F" of ToTAL course.

Students will read books on 1.leadership development or 2.insights on future society following a unique book club style called "Active Book Dialogue (ABD)".

In these classes, students can grasp main idea of the book quickly and discuss ideas with other students intensively. Books can be read in either in English or in Japanese translation. It can be a language training for students who would like to improve Japanese / English skills.

3 steps of Active Book Dialogue (ABD)

1.
Co-summarize
Participants will read small chunk of the book (about 1-2 chapter) and summarize the part into 6 pieces of paper.
2.
Presentation relay
Each student will present about the summary.
3.
Dialogue
Discussion on the presentation and the book contents.
