International Student Exchange Division is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a new virtual exchange program, Bringing Ideas in Remote Discussion (BIRD), for students from Tokyo Tech and The University of Melbourne (Australia).

TAs' responsibilities	・-Participation in preparatory meetings with professors ・-Facilitation of group work conducted in English *See details (in Japanese)
Dates and times	-Preparatory meetings: TBA (January 2021): approximately 120 min. total -Group work facilitation: February 17, 18, and 19, 2021: 100 min. x 4 sessions *See tentative schedule
Venue/Platform	Ookayama campus, Zoom, or another online tool
Eligibility	Graduate students (M or D) with a good command of Japanese and English and experience as a facilitator of discussions conducted in English
Deadline	Once 5 TAs are recruited, we will stop accepting applications. Interviews may be conducted.
