Tokyo Tech Global Hydrogen Energy Consortium Kick-Off Symposium

RSS

The recent acceleration in technological developments to realize a hydrogen society has activated various feasibility studies for a global-scale hydrogen supply chain, which would enable transportation of CO2-free hydrogen from overseas to Japan, and its related technologies. However, many key technologies still remain to be discovered and developed in order to realize such a system. To solve these problems, the Tokyo Tech Global Hydrogen Energy Consortium is established with the aim to promote an intensive collaboration among universities, industry and government.

The aim of this project is to make a significant contribution in realizing a "best energy mix" on a global scale through diversification of energy resources in Japan.
