Tokyo Tech will host Suzukake Science Day 2022 on Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May 15 to celebrate the research being conducted on Suzukakedai Campus and bring the public closer to the fascinating world of science. The event will include not only online contents, such as open laboratories and live experiments for children, but lecture sessions visitors can attend online or in person. Open campus events, including information sessions on the Institute's graduate-level programs and specific Schools and departments, will also be held online on the same days. These sessions will provide valuable information to those hoping to study at the Institute and anyone else interested in student life at Tokyo Tech. Wherever you are, join us for a safe, fun-filled weekend of cutting-edge science and technology at Suzukake Science Day 2022!

Please register in advance to attend lecture sessions in person on the Suzukakedai Campus from the website of Suzukake Science Day 2022 (Japanese). Due date:Friday, May 6, 2022 (first come, first served)(No application is required for online participation.)

Prof. Hiroichi Yanase, the author of "Route 16, the Route Created 'Nippon'" (Shinchosha Publishing Co., Ltd.), belonging to the Institute of Liberal Arts, will revealed the secrets of 'Rote 16' passing near the Suzukakedai Campus.

Introduction of Cutting-edge Researches by Young Researchers in the Organization for Fundamental Research
(Sunday, May 15, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)

The Organization for Fundamental Research was established in July, 2018 as a place to foster specialists in fundamental research, who will support academia in future. 4 junior researchers in various research fields will give simple explanations of their cutting-edge researches and its future prospects.
