Spring Graduation Ceremonies AY 2022

We will hold spring graduation ceremonies for AY 2022 as stated below.

Monday, March 27, 2023

• 11:00 a.m.

  Undergraduate Ceremony for bachelors degree students (Scheduled end time: 12:00 p.m.)

• 2:00 p.m.

  Graduate Ceremony for masters, professional masters, and doctoral degree students (Scheduled end time: 3:20 p.m.)

Sports Center, Ookayama Campus

70th Anniversary Auditorium, Ookayama Campus

Doors will open one hour before the ceremony.

2.

Admission will be restricted from 10 minutes before the ceremony. We kindly ask you to cooperate by entering the venue early.

The ceremony at the Sports Center will be streamed on YouTube Live on Tokyo Tech's official channel and filmed only from the rear of the venue. (A recording will also be available for a week or so.) Please attend the ceremony only if you consent to potentially being filmed.

4.

Family members can watch the ceremony on YouTube Live on the screen at the 70th Anniversary Auditorium and are not allowed to enter the Sports Center.

5.

Request for your cooperation in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We ask you to observe the following rules when attending the ceremonies:

• Do not attend the ceremonies if you have fever or feel sick, or if you or those living with you including family members have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been identified as having had close contact with a COVID-19 patient.
• Use hand sanitizer when entering the venue.

Participants are recommended to wear traditional caps and gowns for the ceremony, which are available for rent at Tokyo Tech Co-op. For details, please visit the Tokyo Tech Co-op website (Japanese).
