This year, the Tokyo Institute of Technology Railway Club exhibited 122 railway-themed photos from all over Japan.
"I would like to thank the library for hosting another exhibition in 2019. Although we missed an opportunity to display our photos due to the cancellation of the Tokyo Tech Festival in October, the library exhibit and all the feedback we received provided great motivation for next year. All the members of the Railway Club look forward to taking a variety of railway-related photos while balancing our activities with our studies," members of the Railway Club commented.

A total of 27 photos by members of the Tokyo Tech Photo club were displayed in four different locations of the library.
"This was the fifth time for the Photo Club to display our works at the library exhibition. This year, a total of 27 photos, including winter scenes from the Tokyo Tech campus, were on display. We are glad if even a few students were able to enjoy our works amidst their studies. Although it has been difficult to continue with our photography recently due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, we hope to learn lots of new things before we are able resume normal activities again," Photo Club members commented.

Six works by Tokyo Tech Art Club members were on display in the 1st-floor lobby, which was also open to the public.
"At this exhibit, we displayed six works made with various methods including pens, water colors, acrylics, and Copic markers. Since the exhibition coincided with the exam period, many students coming to the library to study were able to view our works. The styles varied from realistic to abstract, and we received various comments on the uniqueness and other characteristics of the pieces. This was the last library exhibition of the academic year 2019, but we are already looking forward to creating new works for future exhibits while keeping up with our studies," members commented.
As in the past, members of the student clubs also created the posters for their respective exhibits.
The Tokyo Tech Library aims to provide every student with a calm, familiar environment, and looks forward to hosting student-led events in the future.
