Who needs to take the screening?
Bachelor’s degree students who belong to a laboratory, master’s and doctoral degree students including RAs and TAs, and research students who are/will be engaged in handling ionizing radiation (categorized under A or B of the initial educational program), organic solvents and specified chemical substances etc.
Special medical screening card for students who submitted the operation survey sheet will be sent to academic supervisors' laboratory on October 4.

The password for online booking is on the notice sent to academic supervisors.
Mixed gender time slots and female only time slots are available. As the number of female time slots is limited, mixed gender time slots are also welcome to female students.
