The topic is " THE HUMAN FACE/ Portrait and Self-Portrait”
Rembrandt, van Gogh, Picasso - all generations of artists have been fascinated by the human face. The face is the most individual, the deepest and the most beautiful expression of our existence as human beings.
How do we perceive a face? And how can we transform our impression into art?
The purpose of this seminar is to gain new knowledge and inspiration through the arts and to find one’s own individual ways of creative expression.
Zuse Meyer will be the lecturer for the seminar. She graduated from Berlin National University of the Art, and currently is conducting art creation activities based in both Berlin and Tokyo.
We are looking forward to the active participation of Tokyo Tech students who are interested in art and creation.
