Tuition (and Enrollment Fee) Exemption Application Guide and Forms for Graduate Students for 2024 Fall are available now.
When preparing your application, please read the Application Guide thoroughly.


*Applications must be submitted through the Tokyo Tech Portal system, and original documents must be submitted separately.
*For enrollment fees for new students, registration for exemption or postponement of enrollment fee payment is required at the time of the enrollment procedure.

Exemptions from Enrollment Fee and Tuition for Graduate Students

*From the start date and time, "Enrollment Fee & Tuition Exemption" will be displayed on the

Tokyo Tech Portal menu.

STEP1:Register application information online
For current students: September 19 at 10:00 to September 26, 2024 at 23:59(Japan Standard Time  Same as below)
For new students: October 2 at 10:00 to October 10, 2024 at 23:59

STEP2:Submit original documents:
For all applicants: October 23 to November 1, 2024

*Office hours for in-person submission: 10:15 to 16:15
*Submissions by postal mail must be postmarked by the last day of Submission of Documents period.

Applicants who are unable to submit documents during the stated period must consult the relevant office well in advance by email.
Applications submitted after the above period will not be accepted. Submissions by postal mail must be postmarked by the last day of the application period.
