"Programming for beginners: Learning basics with computer Shogi" to be re-released soon

The Online Education, Tokyo Tech Academy for Super-Smart Society is pleased to announce the re-release of a free on-demand course for beginners to learn the basics of programming using "Shogi" as the topic. "Programming for beginners: Learning basics with computer Shogi" will be delivered by edX, a MOOC platform founded by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University, and is available to everyone free of charge! In this course, you will learn the basics of programming and various ideas from Professor Atsushi Takahashi and MATLAB TAs from the School of Engineering. Since this course is for beginners, no programming experience or knowledge of Shogi is required. In addition, MATLAB, which is used in the course, is free of charge as MathWorks will provide you with a limited-time license.
