This is an announcement of the subject ToTAL/OPEN program* "Dialogue of inquiry by p4c tools" that is a part of "Fundamental Group Work for Leadership I / II (F)" of ToTAL course.

The Philosophy for Children (p4c) approach has been widely adopted in education for younger ages as an innovative way to foster reasoning and argumentative skills. This approach has been applied in a variety of settings, not only in early education, but also in adult groups as a way to create a safe intellectual space in which participants can explore their issues of interest together. In this workshop you will be introduced to p4c, tools that facilitate the group's thinking process, and then see examples of its application in a variety of situations. In the second half of the workshop, the class will explore a single topic. The question to be explored will be developed and decided together by the participants of the day.

1) Introduction to p4c and what does it differ from other forms of group communication
2) Cases of consensus building in reginal issues, application to higher education
3) Practice of dialogue - Creating and deciding on the question to explore - Dialogue
