IDEA League Summer School 2019 Call for Participant Applications (Deadline:5/10)

Tokyo Tech students are invited to participate in Summer Schools organized by four member universities of the IDEA League1. Please note that after applicant interviews conducted in English, Tokyo Tech will nominate one student to participate in each Summer School, and final selection will be made by the host university. These Summer Schools are conducted for students of the IDEA League member universities, and the ASPIRE League2, in which Tokyo Tech is a member university, was invited to send its students as part of ongoing collaboration between the two Leagues.

Eligibility
|
Applicants should be
1. a master or Ph.D. student at Tokyo Tech (For the Summer School at Politecnico di Milano and Chalmers Unversity, only PhD students are eligible.) 2. interested in theme of each summer school (For the Summer School at Politecnico di Milano, applicants from the field of Engineering, Architecture and Design are preferred. For the Summer School at RWTH Aachen, applicants from the field of Mechanical, Automotive, and Civil Engineering and Architecture are preferred.) |

Fees
|
Participant Student is responsible for airfare, insurance fee, and other personal expenses.
※There are no participation fees. The host university will provide accommodation for students. A stipend to cover some expenses may be provided by Tokyo Tech. (In the case of international students, only privately-funded students are eligible to receive the stipend.)

Interview
|
An interview conducted in English will be held in mid- or late May 2019. Details will be announced later.
