[ Student Support Center ] Doing Art with the Artist (Thu. June 13, 2019)
Published: May 31, 2019
PABLO PICASSO (1881-1973) is the undoubted genius of 20th century art. Extraordinary imagination, energy and freedom characterize every period of his work from young age until death. Following his life and inspired through his ways of creation, with a focus on his portraits, we will explore the artistic world of portrait and self-portrait, in drawing and painting. The purpose of this workshop is to gain new knowledge and insight about the arts and to find one’s own individual creative ways of expression. Teaching language: Japanese and English.
As a lecturer, we will welcome Ms. Zuse Meyer, who is graduated from Berlin State University of Art and currently has Berlin and Tokyo as creative base.
We are looking forward to the active participation of Tokyo Tech students who are interested in art and creation.
