Prior to Tokyo Tech’s transition to Alert Level 2+ on Monday, August 17, student services offices will reopen for in-person visits and telephone enquiries on August 11 (the first day of classes scheduled for the summer period).
In light of the ongoing spread of coronavirus, we have set out preventive measures to minimize the risk of transmission among students, faculty, and staff. Please read the information below before coming to the offices and take adequate safety precautions.

  • The following measures will be put in place:
We ask students and visitors wear a face mask and sanitize their hands when entering offices.
We will limit the number of individuals allowed in the office at the same time to ensure physical distancing. You may be asked to wait outside the office whenever necessary. It is advisable to visit the office when you have sufficient time.
