Temporary Closure of Student Services Prior to Feb. 1 Opening of Taki Plaza

We are pleased to inform you that student service desks in Taki Plaza will start operations on Monday, February 1, 2021. For details of the services provided, please use the following link:

Due to relocation work, student services provided by the following divisions will be temporarily unavailable from 13:15 on Wednesday, January 27 until Friday, January 29.
If you need any support from these divisions, we encourage you to make arrangements promptly.

During the closure period, inquiries by telephone will not be accepted. Inquiries by email will receive replies on or after February 1. We appreciate your understanding.
The Admissions Division (West Bldg. 8E, Fl 2) will remain at its current location and will not close.
