Francis Poulenc (1899 - 1963) is a famous French composer. His works include chanson, piano works, chamber music, operas, and orchestral music. His melodies are very simple, pleasing, and emotional, but his harmonies are innovative. In this concert, the organizing committee of Tokyo Tech Concert Series presents a chamber music concert of Poulenc’s masterpieces.
