Tokyo Tech Academy for Leadership will host a lecture session by Mr. Frederic Laloux, author of the best-selling book Reinventing Organizations!

Reinventing Organizations, sold more than 400,000 copies worldwide, is considered by many to be the most influential business book of this decade. Described as "groundbreaking," "world-changing," and "a leap in management thinking" by some of the most respected scholars of management and human development, it has sparked a global movement with hundreds, probably thousands of organizations throughout the world, to take a radical leap and adopt a whole different set of management principles and practices.

Mr. Laloux will give a keynote on the topic (tentative) "Redefining Leadership for the Future," and participate in a panel discussion with guest panelists. (*The panel discussion will be held in Japanese.)
