You need to obtain the application guide; however, overseas delivery is not available. Please visit the admission office in person (9:00-17:00 Mon-Fri) or arrange for the domestic mailing service yourself or through your resident substitute in Japan.

【Notice for applicants to the Department of Communications and Integrated Systems】 
The Department of Communications and Integrated Systems is applying to the concerned authorities to change its name to the "Department of Communications and Computer Engineering."  If it is approved, the change will be effective from April 2013 and the students enrolling then will belong to the department with new name.
