Resumption of General Use of Extracurricular Facilities and Notes on Extracurricular Activities
Tokyo Tech policy on [Student Extracurricular Activities] lowered from [Level II-2] to [Level II-1]

As of June 13 (Mon.), the " Tokyo Tech Response to COVID-19 " has been partially revised, and [6. Policy on Student Extracurricular Activities] has been lowered from [Level II-2] to [Level II-1].
The use of facilities for extracurricular activities will be reopened to the general public (individuals) and non-recognized clubs (groups).

With the resumption of the use of extracurricular activity facilities, we would like to ask you to reconfirm your efforts to prevent accidents and injuries during the activities of unauthorized clubs and other groups.
In addition, recently, there have been frequent accidents during games and practices, and cases of emergency medical treatment have been reported every week. We ask that each organization reconfirm the following points.
- For each sport, please share and thoroughly implement measures within your clubs to prevent accidents and injuries during games and practice.
- The risk of heat stroke increases during the summer season, so please take extra precautions when participating in activities. If you are not feeling well, please take care of your physical condition by not participating in activities.
- In the event of an accident or injury, please confirm the emergency contact flow (see the Extracurricular Activities Handbook (page 2)).
In the event of a sudden illness or injury, be sure to contact the Security Guard to request an ambulance to come to the campus.

In the event of an accident or other incident, please complete a " Incident & Injury (PROMPT) Report" and submit it to the General Safety Management Department within 24 hours through your faculty advisor.
