【Suspension of in-person services for students】

We are suspending in-person services for students from April 6 to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus, and we extend the suspension of in-person services again in the view of the risk of infection has not yet subsided.
Therefore, telephone calls are not answered until August 10 . While some services will be provided by email, please understand that there may be delays in replying to your requests or inquiries.

Period: From Monday, April 6 to Sunday, August 10（subject to change, the period before extension is to Sunday, June 22）

All services handled by the Student Division are temporarily unavailable over the counter.
