Thesis Presentation Session Application

People who intend to apply for an academic degree will need to present their research thesis at a Thesis Presentation Session before making the application. The application should be made as follows.

Thesis Presentation Session Application Method

Apply by e-mail to the address of the Graduate Services Group of the Student Division in the Student Services Department no later than two weeks before the desired Thesis Presentation Session date (see instructions below). However, the Thesis Presentation Session Application (prescribed form) is to be submitted to the Graduate Services Group of the Student Division in the Student Service Department or the Student Group of the Student Services Division in the Suzukakedai Campus Administration Office, no later than two weeks in advance (may be sent by post).

Thesis Presentation Session Application Instructions

Create the application according to the instructions below and send it to the above e-mail address.

  • Use plain text format for the e-mail. Include the research thesis abstract and left justify the text as in the sample.
  • The research thesis abstract is to be about 2,000 Japanese characters in length.
  • Lines are to be no more than 40 characters long, the characters being full-width (double-byte) characters. If a line exceeds 40 characters in length, start a new line and continue on that line.
  • If half-width characters are used for alphanumeric characters, two half-width characters should be counted as one character.
  • Do not use half-width Japanese kana characters.
  • Attached files cannot be used.
