How to obtain application guidelines (printed version)

Visit campus and receive in person

Ookayama Campus
Admissions Division (West Bldg. 8E), 9:00 - 17:00 (weekdays except holidays)

  • Available at the Campus Security Center (Ookayama) on weekends, national holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays as well as weekdays.

Request and receive by postal mail

If you wish to have a copy of the guidelines sent to you by postal mail, send a request to the address mentioned below by post. Also, please keep in mind the following:

On the front of the envelope, indicate using red ink for which program(s) you are requesting guidelines, and write your name, address and phone number on the back. To request copies of past guidelines, add "for reference" in red on the front.
Enclose a self-addressed A4 envelope (24 cm x 33 cm, Japanese Kaku 2 (角2号) size) with postage affixed and a note of your phone number. The return postage must be calculated based on the total weight of copies requested and the return envelope (approx. 20 g) in reference to the table below. Please also print "Yu-Mail (ゆうメール)" clearly in red on the front of the return envelope.

    We do not accept requests for mailing overseas. If you are currently living outside Japan, please have someone living in Japan make the request on your behalf.

STEP 3. Follow the voice instructions to register your request.

  • A domestic call from a landline costs approximately 12 yen per three minutes.
  • Speak slowly and clearly, providing your name, address, and other necessary information to register your request correctly.
  • If you have used the Telemail service before and your address has not changed since, you do not have to re-register your delivery address.
  • Requested materials will normally be delivered within two or three days. However, it may take longer depending on the time of request and other circumstances. If you have not received the materials after five days, please contact the Telemail Customer Center. Materials will be sent out only after becoming officially available.
  • Fees must be paid in accordance with the instructions sent with the requested materials. Handling charges differ depending on the payment method:

    Mobile phone billing: 50 yen

    Paying at a convenience store: 86 yen

    Japan Post Bank: 80 yen (via ATM), 130 yen (over the counter)

    Note: Multiple requests can be combined into a single payment.
