Annual medical checkup will be conducted for 2024.
Those who are eligible must take it.
Please complete the reservation ＆ questionnaire online in advance.
If you arrive without an advanced booking, you will not be able to take the medical checkup.
Please be sure to arrive at the time you reserved.

Annual medical checkup for M1・D1 Students・ Current Students
Medical certificate
Current students who took 2023 medical checkup are eligible to obtain a copy of medical certificate from the automatic certificate issuing machine.
Students enrolled in Autumn 2023 are eligible to obtain a copy of medical certifibcate from the automatic certificate issuing machine.
* If you can not get a copy from the printing machines, please contact the Health Support Center.
