Medical Checkup

Medical checkup (Science and Engineering Fields for Fall Admission) will be conducted for new students in Fall 2026.
Those who are eligible must take it.
Eligible: Freshmen in graduate school and non-degree program
Please complete the reservation ＆ questionnaire online in advance.
If you arrive without an advanced booking, you will not be able to take the medical checkup.
Please be sure to read the notes and arrive at the time you reserved.

Medical checkup (Fall Admission)
Medical certificate
Current students who took 2026 medical checkup are eligible to obtain a copy of medical certificate from the automatic certificate issuing machine. If you have Chest x-ray findings, it will be issued at the Student HealthCare Center, please contact us.
* Those who did not take 2026 medical checkup cannot be issued.
