The Summer University DTU programme offers courses with instruction entirely in English for BSc and MSc students of engineering or related natural science programmes.

Eligibility
Bachelor's and Master's students nominated by Science Tokyo. Must meet the requirements of each class. Applicants must be nominated by Science Tokyo.

Cost
Students nominated by Science Tokyo are exempted from tuition fees.
Scholarships
[All participants]
JPY110,000/month scholarship from Science Tokyo Fund. The counting method for scholarship payments is the same as that used for JASSO Scholarship.
[Students with Japanese nationality or permanent residency]
Students who meet the requirements will receive JPY110,000/month JASSO scholarship as well as Science Tokyo Fund.
[How the number of scholarship payments is calculated]
JASSO scholarship is calculated based on the program duration and is paid in monthly units (every 31 days). Therefore:
Participants in one term will receive one month’s amount.
Participants in two terms will receive two months’ amount.
Participants in three terms will receive two months’ amount.
