Eligibility

Undergraduate students. Must be nominated by Tokyo Tech. (tuition-paying students must also be nominated). Grade requirement (CGPA of 2.5/5.0 or 2.0/4.0 or higher).
English proficiency sufficient to participate in the program

① June 19 - July 4, 2026 (2 weeks)
② July 2 ~ July 18, 2026 (2 weeks)
③ June 19 ~ July 18, 2026 (4 weeks)

Cost

Up to two Science Tokyo students will be exempted from tuition fees (registration fee and administrative fee are required)

Scholarships

[All participants]

JPY110,000/month scholarship from Science Tokyo Fund.

[Students with Japanese nationality or permanent residency]

Students who meet the requirements will receive JPY110,000/month JASSO scholarship as well as Science Tokyo Fund.

Date of interview

Interviews will be held on March 6, 13:00-16:00 at the Ookayama Campus.

Apply to Global Education Division. Apply to the host university by the deadline after receiving a nomination from Science Tokyo.
