On September 1, a group of visitors led by Department of Science and Technology(DOST) Philippines, Director of Science Education Institute (SEI) Dr. Josette T. Biyo visited Tokyo Tech and met with Vice President for International Affairs Nobuhiro Hayashi. (September 1, 2022)
On September 29, representatives from educational institutions from the south of Thailand led by President Sombat Thamrongthanyawong of Walailak University visited Tokyo Tech to meet with Executive Vice President for Education Jun-ichi Imura, Vice President for Teaching and Learning Manabu Kanda, and Vice President for International Affairs Nobuhiro Hayashi. After the meeting, they toured Taki Plaza and the library. (September 29, 2022)
On October 18, a delegation led by President Amr Adly of the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) visited Tokyo Tech. The group met with Tokyo Tech President Kazuya Masu, Provost and Executive Vice President for Institute Strategy Isao Satoh, and Vice President for International Affairs Nobuhiro Hayashi.
The meeting was followed by a short presentation regarding the Intellectual Property Section of the Office of Research and Innovation, after which the delegation took a tour of the Collaboration Center for Design and Manufacturing at East Bldg. 1 and the chemistry laboratory for the bachelor's degree program, before finally meeting the Dean of the Institute for Liberal Arts. On October 31, President Chung Tau Chung of Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) visited Tokyo Tech. During the visit, he and President Masu toured Taki Plaza and the library.Afterwards, they exchanged opinions with Yasuharu Suematsu, Professor Emeritus and former President of Tokyo Tech, Kazuhito Furuya, Professor Emeritus of Tokyo Tech, and Professor Tomoyoshi Mishima of Hosei University. On October 31, a delegation led by Cécile Vigouroux, Director of International Relations at INRIA (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique), visited Tokyo Tech and met with Vice President for International Affairs Nobuhiro Hayashi. (October 31, 2022)
On December 5, Professor Rik Van de Walle, Rector of Ghent University, and his delegation visited Tokyo Tech and met with Provost and Executive Vice President for Institute Strategy Isao Satoh and Vice President for International Affairs Nobuhiro Hayashi. After the meeting, they toured Taki Plaza and the library. (December 5, 2022)
On December 16, a group of visitors led by Professor Michele Bonino, Rector’s Delegate for International Relations with China and Asian Countries at Politecnico di Torino, visited Tokyo Tech and met with Vice President for International Affairs Nobuhiro Hayashi and Associate Professor Junko Sanada of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, School of Environment and Society.(December 16, 2022)
